*Cancellation Policy*
Things happen, life is crazy, I understand. I give the same level of trust and respect to each of my clients, and give them the customer service they all deserve. With that being said, it is important that we all respect each other’s time. If cancellation occurs, the first incident is forgiven regardless of the service cost. The second cancellation, services over $50 will be charged a cancellation fee that is 40% of the service scheduled. Cancellation of services under $50 that occur one full week (7days) before an apt will have no fee for cancellation. Cancellation of services over $50 that occur less than a week (7 days) before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
